This Return and Refund Policy describes how Adams Harris Consulting, LLC, a California limited liability company ("AHC," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), handles cancellations, returns, and refunds for the products and services we offer through adamsharrisconsulting.com and any of our subdomains (the "Website").

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Use and is incorporated into them. Terms used but not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Terms and Conditions of Use. If there is any conflict between this Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use, the Terms and Conditions of Use control.

We do not sell physical products. Everything we offer falls into one of the four categories below.

We do not offer general-purpose refunds for completed transactions, but we will provide refunds, credits, or rescheduling where required by law and in the circumstances described below.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Our free community membership carries no charge and no refund question. You can leave it at any time, and we will never charge you for it.

Paid memberships and subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once charged, except:

Cancellation shortly after a renewal charge. If you cancel within 14 days of an auto-renewal charge, we will cancel the subscription, prevent further charges, and refund or credit the renewal charge consistent with applicable law.
Misbilled or duplicate charges. We will refund any misbilled or duplicate charge promptly upon notice.
Paying for something you already had. If you purchase a membership while a period of included membership is still running, tell us and we will refund the duplicate charge and begin your paid membership when the included period ends. If we notice it first, we will do this without waiting for you to ask.

How to cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, or by emailing us at info@adamsharrisconsulting.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.

Courses and Digital Resources: Final Sale

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, with the limited exceptions described below.

All purchases of paid Resources (including courses, digital downloads, guides, timelines, checklists, templates, and similar digital products) are final at the time the purchase is completed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, partial credits, or satisfaction-based returns on paid Resources for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the content, change of mind, lack of use, or claims that the Resource did not meet your expectations.

This policy reflects the nature of digital products, which can be downloaded, accessed, copied, or used immediately upon purchase and cannot meaningfully be returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the description of the Resource before buying, understand this no-refund policy, and agree to it.

Limited exceptions. We will consider a refund of a paid Resource only where:

you are unable to access or download the Resource due to a technical issue attributable to us and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you notify us;
the Resource as delivered materially differs from the description provided on the Website at the time of purchase; or
applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund.

Requests under the first two exceptions must be submitted to info@adamsharrisconsulting.com within seven (7) days of purchase, with reasonable supporting detail.

Consulting Programs and Sessions

Rescheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to move your session to another date or time that works for both of us, subject to availability, when you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or you do not appear for a scheduled session, that session is treated as delivered and is not rescheduled or refunded. We may waive this at our discretion, and we will always do so for a genuine emergency. Please just tell us.

Cancelling a program. Where you have purchased a multi-session program, amounts paid are non-refundable once the program has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you are paying in installments, the remaining installments remain due.

If we cancel. If we cancel a confirmed session or program for reasons within our control, we will reschedule at no additional charge or refund all amounts you have paid for the cancelled portion, at your election. If we cannot perform for reasons beyond our reasonable control, the Force Majeure section of our Terms and Conditions of Use applies, and we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or to provide a fair refund of amounts not already committed.

Events

Unless the registration page for a specific event says otherwise, free events carry no charge and no refund obligation. If you have registered for a free event and cannot attend, please release your spot so that someone else can take it. For any paid event, the refund terms stated on that event's registration page apply.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@adamsharrisconsulting.com with your name, the email address used for the purchase, the item or program concerned, the date of purchase, and a short description of the reason. We will respond within a reasonable time and will tell you plainly whether we can help.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws, including any statutory right to cancel or to receive a refund for a defective, undelivered, or misrepresented service or product.
